Divyanka Tripathi says recovery after welcoming twin boys in May involved severe back pain and difficulty even getting up. She underwent rehabilitation, including aqua therapy exercises in a swimming pool, before rebuilding her strength. Her account adds needed honesty to the polished comeback pictures: returning to a set followed a demanding recovery process.
She said the first two months were extremely difficult and urged other women to start physiotherapy as early as possible, under proper medical guidance. Divyanka is back on screen with husband Vivek Dahiya in Pati Patni Aur Panga 2.
