Actor Umar Riaz has spoken emotionally about the criticism aimed at his brother, Asim Riaz. In an interview with The Times of India, reported by NDTV, Umar said it was upsetting to see Asim judged so harshly after his former partner, Himanshi Khurana, made claims about their relationship, which Asim has denied.
"Everybody came out and started demeaning him, and that was hurtful," Umar said. He added that Asim usually stays silent and only responds when he feels he must, and that his brother is now focused on his music, including songs about love and heartbreak.
